Learning With Technologies (LWT)
Our school partners with LWT to offer recommended devices for our BYOD program. You can buy these devices online through LWT’s Nuriootpa High School store.
If a device under warranty needs repair or servicing, you can request this online via LWT.
Abacus calculators
All mathematics students at Nuriootpa High School are required to have their own calculator.
- Students in years 7-10 and year 11 Essential Mathematics need a Scientific calculator (approved model: SXIIMATRIXN).
- Students in year 11 General Mathematics (who plan to undertake a math subject in year 12), Mathematical Methods, or Specialist Mathematics, as well as all year 12 Mathematics students, need a Graphics calculator (approved models: Casio Fx-CG50 AU OR Casio Fx-CG20 AU OR Casio Fx-9860G AU Plus).
